So, what is a person to do when their car is in the shop, their husband is out of town attending a conference, and they start to go a little stir crazy?
That person starts a blog!
Alright...first post! Happy birthday to me (really...I'm 26). It took me half an hour to realize that this morning. So I guess this mean birthdays are officially not a big deal any more. How sad! I received so many great cards from family and friends (some that were not even expected -- thanks Erin)! Biggest surprise of the day? Flowers from my husband! (See photo) I didn't catch on last night when he asked me what flowers I carried in the wedding. (I seem to be increasingly clueless these days...perhaps my advancing age is to blame?) ;) I'm so lucky to be with him!
(And not just for the flowers...he's such a loving, wonderful man, and the best friend I've ever had!)
