Just wanted to mention a few happy things going on right now. First -- the first two days of school went surprisingly well! Actually, I would go so far as to say that Thursday was the best first day I have experienced thus far! Here's hoping the rest of the year goes just as smoothly!
Second, I started posting some of my scrapbook layouts to twopeasinabucket.com. One of the boards I am posting to on the site is the "Elsie Challenge". (For those that don't know, Elsie just published a book full of scrapbooking challenges -- she's super-talented!!!) Anyway, people can post their comment on your layout. I got lots of great feedback, but guess who posted a very nice comment? Miss Elsie herself!!! :) How exciting! (Of course, she posted feedback on all the challenge postings, but it's still cool that she took the time to look at my page and say something nice!!!) Yeah...so I promised photos with Mike and the birds...they coming. The CD is in the car at the moment. It's late, and at the moment I'm too lazy to go outside and get it. (Still not quite back on my "working" sleep schedule.)
